OUACHITA COUNTY, Ark. (KTVE/KARD) — Ouachita County, Ark. has been placed on a wind advisory until Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at midnight. According to the National Weather Service, south winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts of up to 50 mph, are expected until midnight.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects, and tree limbs could be blown down, causing power outages.
