(4/16/19) Good Tuesday morning! We’re starting off on a mild note for the ArLaMiss with temperatures in the mid 50’s. We will see another warm one today with a gradual increase in cloud cover.
Tonight will be dry with clouds. Temperatures will be on the mild side as well, with lows in the upper 50’s to lower 60’s.
Wednesday should remain mostly dry with more clouda than sun. It will be another warm on as well, with highs getting into the upper 70’s. We could see an isolated shower or thunderstorm before midnight, but our atmopshere will remain unsupportive for widespread showers and thunderstorms until after midnight.
Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread after midnight Thursday, with a line of showers and storms moving through. They will carry a lo severe weather threat with them, mainly in the form of damaging winds. This system will push out by the second half of Thursday, with clouds lingering.
Good news is by the time we get to the weekend, high pressure will be in control of our weathe ronce again. Skies will clear out and temperatures will rebound into the upper 70’s to lower 80’s.
