Weather Forecast- Monday, June 4th


Good Monday morning! It’s been a beautiful start outside this morning with temperatures sitting in the mid 60’s and clear skies. Dew points have been steadily dropping overnight, and it’s feeling nice and dry outside. We’ll see the dry conditions stick around throughout the rest of the day, temps will top out around 90° with sunny skies and winds from the northeast. There is no chance for rain today.

Overnight will be pleasant again, low temperatures are going to be falling into the mid 60’s with clear conditions, calm winds, and no rain. 

Rain chances are back in the forecast for tomorrow along with the potential for some strong to severe storms. The SPC has issued a marginal risk across the entire ArkLaMiss. We’ll be looking at those pop-up afternoon showers and storms with some scattered downpours, frequent lightning, and small hail possible. Temperatures will warm up into the upper 80’s and humidity and cloud cover will gradually return to the coverage area.
