(2/27/19) An Alabama teenager is recovering after being shot at Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery.
The 17-year-old was hit in one of his arms after an incident in the school gym.
He’s been treated at a nearby hospital, his condition, not considered life-threatening.
Police have arrested a suspect, but haven’t said whether it’s a fellow student or an outsider.
They’re wondering how the gun got in since the school has metal detectors.
School dismissed at the normal time but parents had the option to pick up their teenagers early.
