Rebekah Strader was born with HSAN, a hereditary disorder that attacks her nervous system. Nearly six years later came a devastating diagnosis called Myelodysplastic Syndrome.
After finding out that treatment is not working, the 10-year-old made a bucket list. On Sunday, she was able to cross off one important item on that list, thanks to her big brother.
Rebekah got out of her hospital bed just in time to put on a dress and accompany her brother A.J. to his high school’s winter formal dance.
