ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — News 5 has obtained the 2006 arrest report for Andrew Ross Celauis who was charged for the murder of a two-year-old boy but was later found not guilty by a jury.

On June 24, 2006, deputies and EMS were called to 5085 Yacht Harbour Circle in Pensacola where they found Ross Celauis crying and waving yelling to please help the child inside the house, 2-year-old Kyler Janes.

Doctors found unusual bruises all over his body and bleeding in the brain and eyes. The baby had been seen at Sacred Heart ER five previous times for different injuries.

A Grand Jury returned an indictment for first-degree murder on June 26, 2007, but during the trial, a jury found him not guilty.
