(KTVE/KARD) — Members of the West Monroe High School Wind Symphony and Symphonic Bands earned Sweepstakes awards at the Louisiana Music Educators Association’s Large Ensemble Assessment. The Sweepstakes awards signifies that the bands earned superior ratings from all judges in stage performance and sight reading.
