UPDATE (10/31/2023): On October 31, 2023, Monroe officials confirmed that South 4th Street has been reopened to the public.

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Starting on October 30, 2023, South 4^th Street between Pecan Street and Beauregard Street in Monroe, La. will be closed due to Doetsch Environmental working on the sewer line. According to officials, the closure will last for at least 24 hours or until further notice.
