MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Starting on October 30, 2023, South 4th Street between Pecan Street and Beauregard Street in Monroe, La. will be closed due to Doetsch Environmental working on the sewer line. According to officials, the closure will last for at least 24 hours or until further notice.
