MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Thursday, October 19, 2023, the Monroe Chamber of Commerce held its annual Vision for the Future Education Lunch in Monroe, La. This year’s keynote speakers were Monroe City School Board’s Superintendent Dr. Brent Vidrine, Ouachita Parish School Board’s Superintendent Les Guice, and BESE District 5 Representative Ashley Ellis.
