MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On September 6, 2023, former Monroe City Attorney, Angie Sturdivant, was sworn in as a judge at the Monroe City Court. Sturdivant has been the Monroe City Attorney since 2018.
Prior to her role as a city attorney, she was a Prosecutor in Monroe City Court and an Assistant City Attorney.
