WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On NBC 10 News Today, on North Robertson Street Ferdinand Street authorities say that just before 8:00 PM, the woman was shot in the upper body according to reports. Two children were also in the car and suffered minor injuries from Debris.
