WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the University of Louisiana Monroe will host a Brass Day, which is free to middle school and high school musicians. Registration will take place at 12:30 PM and performances will begin at 7:30 PM.
