RICHLAND PARISH (KTVE/KARD) — According to officials, Mangham High School Ag students placed first in the District III Career Development Events contest for FFA.
The Blue team placed first overall and the Gold team placed seventh overall. Both teams from Richland Parish qualified for the Area I Career Development contest for next week, which include Ouachita, West Carrol, East Carrol, and Morehouse Parish.
