(1/7/19) Monroe Police arrested a woman who was caught on camera walking naked through traffic.
Around 12:00p.m. January 7th 2019, a woman was caught on camera walking naked through traffic on Texas Avenue in Monroe, Louisiana.
Monroe Police say the young lady was taken to LSU-Ochsner for treatment and evaluation.
Police say she was incoherent and may have possibly been under the influence of a narcotic.
No charges are pending at this time.
