Jerry Portillo-Sagastume was arrested again Friday afternoon, just hours after he bonded out of jail- on charges he tried to pay one woman for sex and held another against her will.
Now, a third woman has come forward with a new allegation.
In arrest reports obtained by KTVE NBC 10/ FOX 14 News, Portillo-Sagastume is accused of sexually assaulting the woman when she went into his office to get her work shirts.
The woman claims Portillo-Sagastume placed a gun on his desk and told her not to tell anyone what had just happened as she left the room, inside the El Sombrero Restaurant here on Constitution Drive.
He is now charged with sexual battery and aggravated assault with a firearm for that alleged incident.
Police are still trying to find out if there are more victims, who haven’t yet been identified.
“I was told by these victims that there will be other victims and hopefully when they see this, they will come forward as well and give their side of the story,” Monroe Police Department Detective Ray Spoon said.
Yesterday, Portillo-Sagastume was charged with soliciting for prostitutes, false imprisonment and simple battery for his alleged attacks on the two other women.

West Monroe Police arrested 34-year-old Jerry Portillo-Sagastume Thursday afternoon for allegedly trying to pay a female employee for sex– on five different occasions.
“He handed her a check made out for x amount of dollars and said, ‘I’m gonna give you this money and I want sex in return’,” West Monroe Police Detective Ray Spoon said.
Arrest reports obtained by FOX 14/KTVE NBC 10 News said when the victim refused the money and his sexual advances, Portillo-Sagastume said, “If you want your job back, you will have sex with me. If you do not have sex with me you are fired permanently'”.
He is also accused of demanding sex from a second employee, while holding her against her will.
“She reported he threw her down on an air mattress and pinned her wrists down on the mattress,” Detective Spoon added.
Portillo-Sagastume runs the El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant on Constitution Drive in West Monroe.
He is facing four different charges, including soliciting for prostitutes, false imprisonment and simple battery.
Police believe this isn’t the end of his case.
“I was told by these victims that there will be other victims and hopefully when they see this, they will come forward as well and give their side of the story,” Detective Spoon said.
So far, two female employees have spoken with investigators and police are waiting to talk with other possible victims.
We received a statement from the restaurant’s operations manager, Patrick Belden.
The statement said,” Our business was made aware in the last 24 hours that criminal charges were filed against the manager of our West Monroe location. At this time, we have no details as to the charges or underlying allegations. We are in shock as to the allegations and we will fully support the law enforcement of Ouachita Parish in ensuring this case is resolved.”

Police took him into custody this afternoon.
He runs the El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant on Constitution Drive in West Monroe. Nobody at the business would comment on his arrest.
