UPDATE: Suspect in McDonald’s armed robbery arrested, deputies say

UPDATE (4/23/19): The Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man they say was responsible for an armed robbery at a local fast food restaurant.

According to JPSO, an arrest warrant was issued for Lacentursa B. Mayweather for the armed robbery that occured at McDonald’s in Jonesboro on January 28, 2019.

Mayweather has been arrested and is currenlty being housed in Bienville Parish on other armbed robbery charges in other jurisdictions.

Mayweather’s bond is currently set at $500,000.00 on the armed robbery in Jackson Parish.


ORIGINAL STORY: Deputies looking to identify McDonald’s armed robbery suspect

(1/29/19) The Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying an armed robbery suspect.

According to the sheriff’s office, on the early morning hours of January 28, 2019, the suspect in the above photos walked into the McDonald’s in Jonesboro and committed an armed robbery.
