UPDATE (10/5/18) Two of three suspects involved in a recent Parkview Apartments shooting have been arrested and police are still looking to identify another person involved.
Monroe Police say Jalen Harris and Bobby Booker both surrendered last night. Both of them have been booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center.
Harris faces charges of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments and aggravated battery. He is being held on a $20,000.00 bond.
Booker faces charges of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments, aggravated battery, 3 counts of failure to appear and domestic abuse battery. He is being held on a $65,900.00 bond.
Police are still looking for one suspect and are trying to identify another.
Police are looking for Jesse Smith in regards to the shooting that happened at Parkview Apartments on September 24, 2018.

(10/4/18) The Monroe Police Department has identified three suspects and warrants for their arrest have been obtained, One arrest has been made in connection with the shooting, and detectives are still seeking public assistance in identifying the 5th person involved.
Monroe Police are asking for the public’s help in locating three suspects who are wanted in connection to a shooting.
Police say Jalen Harris, Jesse Smith and Bobby Booker are wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred on September 24, 2018 at Parkview Apartments.
Arrest warrants have been obtained for the charges of Aggravated Battery, Illegal Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and Carrying of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
These three should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS because multiple handguns were used in this incident.

Jamarius Harris was arrested on Monday October 1, 2018 for Aggravated Battery, Illegal Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and Carrying of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. He was booked at OCC.
The Monroe Police Dept. also arrested a 16-year-old Juvenile in this case for Aggravated Battery and Illegal Possession of a handgun by a juvenile. The juvenile was booked at Green Oaks Detention Center.
