Two teens arrested, accused of vandalizing West Monroe Police golf carts at WMHS

(9/26/18) Two teenagers have been arrested after being accused of vandalizing West Monroe Police golf carts at West Monroe High School.

All together, five teenagers broke into the football stadium Saturday night and began joy-riding. 

Surveillance video shows them doing donuts and ramming into one another. 

17-year-olds Dynell and Dewayne James have been charged with unauthorized use of a movable, simple criminal damage to property, and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. 

Dynell James was also charged with simple possession of marijuana. 

Police say both boys confessed when asked if they broke in.

All 5 teens have been given a court summons.
