Two men arrested for drugs and guns in Jackson Parish

JACKSON PARISH (12/30/18) – A traffic stop last night led to the arrest of two men.

Deputies arrested Jacque P. Young and Tydalonzieo T. Abney.

Young was charged with Possession of a Schedule I CDS, MDMA, Possession of Schedule II CDS, Cocaine over 28 grams, Possession of a Schedule II CDS, Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Schedule II CDS, Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Introduction of Contraband into a Correctional Center, Illegal Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, along with his traffic violation. He is currently being held at JPCC awaiting a bond to be set.

Abney was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Schedule I CDS, MDMA, Illegal Carrying of a Weapon, and a hold was placed on him for a burglary warrant out of Ruston. He is currently being housed at JPCC, also awaiting a bond to be set.
