Social media star Taylor Sims recognized at Bastrop City Council meeting

BASTROP, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Thursday, May 8, 2023, Taylor Sims was recognized with an award by the Bastrop City Council. Taylor recently gained popularity on social media when she was photographed at her kindergarten graduation. The photograph quickly gained attention from many social media users. 

Taylor and her mother were also both awarded a pin by Bastrop District A Alderman Angela Moore.
