SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL) – (4/18/19) Nathaniel Cozart, 49, was last seen on April 6 walking in the 400 block of North Market St.
Cozart is described as a black male, standing 5’6” tall and weighing 160 lbs. His family members are concerned for his welfare due to his health problems.
