Police searching for runaway 14-year-old

(3/26/19) The Monroe Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway juvenile.

Police are searching for 14-year-old Serenity Herron.

Serenity left her residence on Virginia Street on the southside of Monroe, near Charles Johnson Park.

Police say she left with clothes packed in a bag and was accompanied by a young male with dreadlocks.

If you have seen Serenity or know of her whereabouts, you are asked to contact the Monroe Police Department at 329-2600.

Serenity has been entered into the NCIC as a missing juvenile.
