Officers were advised by the victim that the men fled out the back of the residence and ran west when officers arrived.

Police headed west and saw two men running from the direction the incident took place, jumping a fence.

Officers were able to get one of the men into custody and identified him as Lamar Gardner. Gardner had a brown wallet in his possession that contained debit cards with the victim’s name on them, a LG smart phone and $100.00.

Gardner told officer the money, phone and wallet belonged to someone else.
