(9/26/18) Been wondering about the construction next to Best Buy in Monroe? It’s finally finished.
Panda Express is open for business and will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 5. The restaurant at 4401 Pecanland Mall Drive is the first in Monroe and the 13th in Louisiana. In commemoration of the opening, Panda Express will donate a portion of launch day profits to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Louisiana.
