Security changes are expected at the Swanson Correctional Facility, after an attack left a guard with a fractured jaw. 

Two juveniles have been charged in the attack.

David Amaya faces one count of battery, while Michael Savant has been moved to Ouachita Correctional Center, being held on more than $47,000 bond. 

This comes two months after three Swanson inmates broke out and led police on a chase.

Two former LSU students accused in the hazing death of Max Gruver have entered a plea deal..

Phi Delta Theta members Sean-Paul Gott and Ryan Isto agreed to testify in the trial of other former students tied to the death of Gruver.

Gott’s expected to give up his phone passcode.

He reportedly used it before the event, called “bible study”, where Gruver drank a lethal dose of 190-proof liquor.

The trials for Patrick Forde and Matthew Naquin are underway in baton rouge.

None of the students will be sentenced until their trials conclude.​​​​​​

Naquin is facing negligent homicide charges.

LSU has banned Phi Delta Theta from it’s campus for 15 years. ​​​​​​

Gruver’s family is suing the university, the fraternity and the students for $25,000,000.
