(10/4/18) A Monroe woman is behind bars, accused of trying to kill her boyfriend with a pair of scissors.Deputies were called to the pecan villa apartments, where they found the first victim shirtless and covered in blood.
He told police that his girlfriend had stabbed him during an arguement.Another victim was found at Conway with a stab wound to his hand.
Deputies found 24-year-old Carrie Lacey nearby. They say she admitted to stabbing her boyfriend with a pair of scissors.
The second victim told police that during the argument, Lacey told her boyfriend “i’m going to kill you.”
Lacey is facing several charges — including attempted second degree murder. Her bond is set at four-hundred-thousand dollars.
The Webster parish humane association is offering a money reward for a case of animal cruelty.
A dog was thrown into traffic. And now they are offering a 25-hundred dollar reward, for any information that leads to a person responsible.
