(10/31/18) A Monroe man arrested for threatening to blow up an apartment complex office.
54-year-old Aaron Blevins is in the Ouachita Correctional Center.
Police say he went into the office of the Oak Manor Apartments in Monroe earlier this month, demanding the manager open a mailbox that doesn’t belong to him.
When she wouldn’t, Blevins allegedly told her, “I’m going to come back and blow up the office up with you in it.”
The manager called Monroe police, who found Blevins walking around the area.
He admitted to going into the office, and told police he hopes the employees die.
Blevins is charged with terrorizing.
His bond has not been set.
