(11/16/18) A hunter couldn’t believe his eyes after making a kill in Kentucky.

According to the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, hunter Joe Mattingly saw a large set of antlers when he took aim at his buck at a distance.

What he found was astounding…the head of another buck attached to the one he had shot.

The department says it’s unclear exactly what circumstances led up to this buck carrying around another set of antlers and part of a decomposing carcass.
