Employees at local business ‘serve’ their boss for Christmas

Local News
Employees at a local business ‘served’ their boss ahead of Christmas.

The shop foreman at ‘Twin City Transmission’ says he has one of the best bosses in the world!

He asked all employees to contribute one day of service to give back to business owner Jeff Edwards.

All agreed to do so this past Saturday.

Edwards says he’s grateful and appreciative.

He hopes others will be inspired by the employees at his business and do something to serve others this Christmas season.

“Christmas.. the main meaning is Christ for sure, the second is doing something for somebody else and not yourself being selfless, and I thought that was unbelievable and very very proud of each one of them”, explains Edwards, the owner of Twin City Transmission.

“I went and asked every employee here and not one of hesitated… about giving up one day’s work for our boss, not one person”, says the shop’s foreman, Michael Sanders.

Employees say they hope to make their day of service to their boss an annual gift.
