(1/27/19) “My teeth feel great,” Terri Carter, dental visit. This is Terri Carter’s first visit to the dentist in over two years.”It’s difficult to get good dental care,” said Carter.
And thanks to the non-profit Dentistry from the Heart and a Brighter Smile Dental Care. He’s walking away with a brand new smile.
“Giving people a chance to come out and get their teeth looked at who hasn’t had a chance to in years , teeth pulled and stuff like that. Amazing,” said Carter.
And much like Carter, others say they haven’t visited the dentist in years.”It’s a good opportunity to come out and see what they have to offer for people,” said Timothy Baylor, Dental Visit.
People received free extractions, fillings and cleanings.”If you’re not taking care of yourself it can lead to heart disease things like that that you don’t realize so, it’s real important to get that care. And this is a way we can provide that,” Joelle Moorman,A brighter smile.
Moorman says her and her team look forward to giving back to the community. One smile at a time.
