City of Ruston auctioning off trucks, cars, tractors, & more this Saturday

(2/26/2019) If you are looking for a deal on a pickup, car, mower, or other equipment, you may want to be in Ruston Saturday morning. 

The city is getting rid of some equipment they no longer need. The vehicles include pickups, police cruisers, street sweepers, tractors, farm and construction equipment, and tools.

It will be held by Bonnette Auctions at 701 Tennessee Avenue in Ruston. The doors open at 7 a.m., and the auction starts at 9 a.m.

Per order of the City of Ruston, hundreds of items will be sold to the public this Saturday, March 2nd at 9:00 a.m. The large liquidation features vehicles including pickups, police cruisers as well as vac trucks, street sweepers, tractors, farm and construction equipment and tools. Recreational equipment to be sold includes four wheelers, mowers, etc. 
All of these items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price, as there are no reserves on the items. The public is invited to preview their potential purchases Saturday, March 2nd from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the auction site: 701 Tennessee Ave, Ruston, LA. Bonnette Auctions, who will be conducting the auction, is offering online bidding to make it more convenient for those unable to attend the live auction in person.
