Moe’s Southwest Grill, a Tex-Mex chain with less than half the number of locations as Chipotle, has unseated the former fast casual king as the most popular brand selling Mexican-inspired food.

The Harris poll found that not only did Chipotle get unseated by Moe’s but also Taco Bell, Baja Fresh and Qdoba.

It looks like Diet Pepsi may be changing its sweetener again.

It changed from Aspertame last year due to people saying they had health concerns about the artificial sweetener.

But now sales are declining even faster.

The Wall Street Journal says some Pepsi bottlers received word of the change but the company hasn’t made any announcement yet.

Natural gas prices hit their highs of the year Thursday.

This summer is expected to be warmer than usual, which could boost the use of natural gas in electricity generation as cooling demand rises. 

This is just one of the factors driving natural gas prices.

Digital farming played a role in Bayer’s 62 billion dollar bid to buy Monsanto.

Bloomberg says Bayer cited Monsanto’s role as a leading provider of analytics used by growers in its offer.

A Purdue agronomist says if you get the customers’ attention by predicting what will happen on their farm, you can be closer to them to sell them the seeds and whatever other products you want to sell them.
