FRANKLIN PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — According to the Winnsboro District 5 Fire Department, the burn ban is back in effect until further notice. Outdoor burning will be restricted effective immediately.
As environmental conditions improve, the burn ban will be reviewed.
