LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KARK) – (4/26/19) Service animals may qualify for a free screening-wellness eye exam in Little Rock during the month of May.
The free eye exam is offered by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO).
This is the second year that the free eye exam has been offered in Arkansas.
Qualified Service and Working Animals include those providing guide, hearing assistance, drug detection, police/military, search and rescue, therapy, and those assisting people with disabilities other than blindness, according to the ACVO website.
Registration closes April 30.
