PINE BLUFF, Ark.- A Pine Bluff man is in jail, accused of raping a toddler.
Police arrested Leon Rauls Wednesday night.
According to officers, a teacher noticed blood in the child’s pants earlier that day.
When detectives questioned the child about what happened, she said Rauls touched her.
Rauls is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
