3 Arrested in Lincoln Parish Burglaries


MONROE, La (Press Release) – Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Department have arrested three Monroe men in reference to two burglaries that occurred in Lincoln Parish.

Levincesky Rheim Phifer, James Earl Ray Fields Jr., and Deon Montreal Fields are now in custody.

During the early morning hours of December 11, 2014, the suspects made an unauthorized entry into Cars, Cars, Cars on LA Highway 33 and took items from within the shop as well as outside of the shop.

During this incident, the suspects also made an unauthorized entry into a vehicle parked at a residence adjacent to Cars, Cars, Cars and took a firearm from within the vehicle. DNA evidence collected at the scene of the burglaries combined with video surveillance footage from the shop led to the identification and arrest of the three suspects.

Levincesky Rheim Phifer was arrested in Ouachita Parish on May 13, 2015 as a fugitive from Lincoln Parish and is currently being held at OCC with a detainer for LPSO for two counts of Simple Burglary.

James Earl Ray Fields Jr. and Deon Montreal Fields were arrested in Ouachita Parish on June 19, 2015 and were subsequently transported to LPDC where they were each booked on two counts of Simple Burglary.
