UNION PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The Union Parish Sheriff’s office is currently searching for Oscar Villa Galvan. Galvan is a 40-year-old man, who stands at five feet nine inches and weighs 160 pounds. He is frequently seen around Sardis and Farmerville.
