Monroe Police have captured the suspect behind the shooting that wounded a manager at the Louisville Avenue Dollar Tree Store.
31-year-old Mark Seaberry is charged with attempted second degree murder.
Police tell NBC 10 Seaberry, who’s homeless, was begging in the parking lot of Dollar Tree Tuesday and got into an argument with an employee.
Seaberry then left the store parking lot, but witnesses say he came back with a pistol, and fired at least two shots before running away.
The store manager was struck in the arm and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Seaberry is being held in the Ouachita Correctional Center.
His bond is $200,000.

Davis Ellis, David Griffin II and Michael Bishop join 16,000 semi-finalists around the country, based on their scores on the preliminary SAT.
Finalists are chosen based on scores on the SAT itself.
All applications must be submitted by October 10th, and the scholarship winners will be announced mid-February.
