WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The City of West Monroe showed appreciation to their partners that contributed to the Picture This Capital Campaign. In honor of their generous donations, a sitting wall was constructed at Alley Park in Downtown West Monroe, displaying the names of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations that have shown their support for the campaign.
