Federal agents searched three Caterpillar facilities near the construction and mining equipment giant’s Illinois headquarters.

The agents were from the IRS, FDIC and Commerce Department.

No arrests were made and it’s not clear what they were even looking for.

It did hurt the company’s stock and even negatively impacted the broader market.

Subway says it has it’s own study that shows it’s chicken really is chicken.

A study done in Canada found that the chain’s chicken strips and filets were only 50% chicken, with the rest being soy.

Subway hired two analytical laboratories to independently test pieces of the sandwich chicken from Canada and found below 1% not chicken.
