Former Louisiana Tech Defensive Coordinator, Blake Baker returns to ‘The Boot’. This time, he’ll wear purple and gold.
Thursday night, LSU announced Baker’s hiring via Twitter:
For the last two seasons, Baker joined his friend, Manny Diaz, who led the Bulldogs’ defense for the 2014 season. Baker himself, first coached safeties in 2014, then led Tech’s defensive unit from 2015-18.
Details of Baker’s contract have not been released at this time.
