Steven Pappas is a native of Washington Township, New Jersey. He has a B.A in Journalism from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
He graduated in early May of 2021 and moved to the ArkLaMiss just two weeks after graduation, taking the 1,300-mile, 20-hour drive from New Jersey.
At Quinnipiac University Steven was a play-by-play broadcaster for the schools Men’s and Women’s Division I Ice Hockey teams, both who are top programs in the country, as well as the school’s baseball team. He also played Division I Club Baseball at Quinnipiac where he won a New England Regional Championship in 2019.
In his free time Steven is an avid golfer, and a rabid sports fan. He will always be supporting his favorite teams, the New York Rangers, Mets, and Jets as well as Auburn athletics.
