WEST MONROE, La. - Good Tuesday morning! It's a soggy start outside today and we are expecting widespread coverage of the rain for the next few hours. We'll begin to dry out by early afternoon as this cold front continues across our region, leaving mostly isolated shower coverage by the afternoon. The cloud will stick around for the next two days and cooler air will begin to spill in as temperatures drop through the morning and afternoon. We will be looking at mid 50's later today, as winds are breezy from the north.
Overnight lows will be dipping down into the upper 30's through lower 40's. Skies will be cloudy and winds will be from the north. Some light drizzle is possible, mainly along and south of I-20.
Tomorrow will be a gloomy day as upper level clouds stick around all morning and afternoon. Some light showers are possible through north Louisiana, but should be scattered. Temperatures will only top out in the lower 50's for the high with the cool and dry air continuing to move in from the northwest.
