Weather Forecast- Thursday, December 7th

WEST MONROE, La. - Good Thursday morning! It's a chilly start outside today with temperatures in the low to mid 40's and cloudy skies. We are once again looking at a similar forecast to yesterday's, high temperatures will be in the upper 40's to lower 50's with overcast skies and winds from the north. Light showers will be possible through central LA, although most of us are looking at a dry forecast.

Overnight a Freeze Warning is in effect. Temperatures are looking to dip down into the mid to upper 20's area-wide so be sure to stay warm! Bring the pets indoors overnight and cover any sensitive vegetation. We're looking at temperatures staying below freezing for the next couple of nights. Concordia Parish is under a Winter Weather Advisory with the potential to see some frozen precip/light snow, but should cause any major impacts. Light snow will also be possible from southern LA through central AL. Any accumulations in or near our coverage area will stay below one inch and only accumulate on cool/grassy surfaces.

Tomorrow is going to be another chilly one, with the sun making it's return. Highs will only be in the mid to upper 40's with clearing skies and winds from the northwest. You'll want to continue to dress warm
