BRYANT, AR -- (KARK) The Bryant Police Chief is being questioned over his decision to eat dinner while attending a work-related conference in Florida.

A receipt submitted for reimbursement provided by the Bryant City Attorney shows Chief Mark Kizer ate dinner at O.C. Food and Beverage Steakhouse in Orlando back in July.

The restaurant is also known as Rachel's, described on its website as a luxurious adult entertainment complex and award-winning five-star dining restaurant.

Although the restaurant is separate from the club, a spokesman for the restaurant said guests can see the stage from the restaurant.

Kizer, by phone, said he did not see a single woman while he was there, but the meal location is up for debate among the city council.

"It's been brought to the city's attention, and it's become a personnel matter. We are currently investigating it," City Attorney Chris Madison said. "When we have more information, we'll be releasing it."

The Board of Aldermen are expected to discuss the matter in their meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday.
