Texas Introduces Charlie Strong as New Head Coach

It's official. Texas has their new football coach in Louisville's Charlie Strong.
KTVE SPORTS -- The University of Texas introduced Charlie Strong as the next head coach of the football team on Monday.

Strong takes over for Mack Brown.

Brown leaves a Louisville team he has helped turn around.

He was also the former defensive coordinator at Florida, where he won two national championships.

But for the Cardinals, he was a two-time conference coach of the year and posted at least 11 wins in each of the last two seasons, where he went 37-15 in four years -- while having a 3-1 bowl record including a BCS win.
