Police: Man Breaks into Carroll HS, Steals Chips and Candy

A hungry burglar was caught Saturday night breaking into a local high school to steal chips and candy.
MONROE -- A hungry burglar was caught Saturday night breaking into a local high school to steal chips and candy.

Monroe police say it happened before midnight Saturday night at Carroll High School.

The arrest report says 20-year old Quanterrious Jones of Monroe caused over $1,500  in damage from breaking in, causing damage to glass windows on a door, ceiling tiles and insulation.

He's charged with burglary and resisting arrest. He was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center.
