Masur Museum Curators Talk About Upcoming Events

MONROE -- Masur Museum curators visit Louisiana Living to talk about upcoming events.

Currently on view at the museum is "Biological Regionalism" by Alberto Rey and "Narratives Near and Far." Those exhibits are available for viewing until February 8th.

The museum is now accepting submissions for it's 51st Annual Juried Competition. Associate Curator at the Contemporary Art Museum in St. Louis, Kelly Shindler will be judging the entries. Entries must be postmarked by January 9th. The online entry deadline is January 12th. The works will be on display from February 27th until June 14, 2014. For more information, click here.

There is also an upcoming Children's Workshop. Kids can come experience the museum and make some of their own work come alive on December 30th.
