The host of ‘Louisiana Hot Sauce’ Rob Lloyd has been involved in music for over 40 years. Rob authored his first cook book called Burnin' On The Bayou and dedicated it to his late parents, Tommy and Myrtle Robinson.

Get ready to jam to the rhythm of the blues, blues hop, R&B, and soul with Mr. Albert Moore. Albert began playing music at the age of 15 in his high school marching band at Richwood high school. Albert excelled in music from there on going on to play bass guitar, guitar, drums and keyboards.

Kenny Bill Stinson plays a blend of country, blues, and rock 'n' roll. He has been playing music since he was a young child. Stinson leads a band that rocks parties and barrooms throughout northern Louisiana, but River of Song filmed him doing a solo set on the porch of a riverside saloon in Natchez-under-the-Hill, Mississippi. With his guitar chopping out a solid boogie rhythm and a rack harmonica punctuating the verses, he sang good-time, party music that spoke of southern cooking, pretty women, and the bright side of the honky-tonk life.
