CNN -- Minnesota has topped a list of the healthiest states for senior citizens for a second year in a row.
But Mississippi received the lowest score in senior health in the united health foundation report.
Louisiana and Arkansas ranked right behind Mississippi.
The rankings are based on several factors, including the percentage of food insecurity, prescription drug coverage and the availability of home health care workers.
Overall, the report says seniors are more active compared to last year and fewer seniors were hospitalized for preventable reasons.
